TABLE TENNIS
Basic Information:
The UA Table Tennis club was started in the early 2000’s and has been growing ever since. We now have two tables to set up in the South Gym of the University Recreation Center (where we practice), in addition to two tables upstairs that are permanently set up.
We biannually participate in tournaments which are usually held at the University of Southern Mississippi, in addition to periodic singles tournaments held in the Southeast.

How to Join:
Beginner, Intermediate, and Expert players welcome. There are no tryouts, and practice is pretty casual. Club dues are $20/semester and cover table expenses, travel expenses, and other competition costs.
Practice Schedules:
Fridays: 4:30-7:30
Sundays: 6-9
-Fridays are league nights, where there is organized competition, and
Sundays are open play and coaching
-as of 9/12 we will have 4 tables set up in the South Gym and we
sometimes use the 2 upstairs
- as of 9/12 we will we have extra rackets, so there's no need to check
them out at the front desk
Competition Schedules:
For NCTTA tournaments, there are only 2 4-member teams allowed to
compete officially, an A team and a B team--there is no C, D, etc.
